high-quality thumbnails directly from videos. Our goal is to provide top-tier performance with transparency
and fairness. Due to the nature of our services, we have established a clear refund and cancellation policy,
adhering to Wyoming state laws and U.S. federal regulations.
1. Refunds and Sales Policy
All Sales Are Final: Once a payment has been processed, all sales are considered final. VIRO
Technologies Inc. does not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the service.
- Accidental purchases.
- Changes in personal or business circumstances.
By purchasing our subscription-based services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and
accepted this policy.
2. Subscription Cancellation Policy
We understand that our clients may wish to discontinue their use of our services. To accommodate
this, we have a flexible cancellation policy:
- Eligibility: You may cancel your subscription at any time without needing to provide a
reason.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log into your VIRO account.
- Navigate to the "Account Settings" section.
- Click on the "Manage Subscription" option and select "Cancel Subscription."
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.
- Billing Cycle Continuation: Once your cancellation request is processed, your
subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. During this time, you will
retain full access to the service and its features. No further charges will be applied after the
cancellation takes effect.
- No Pro-Rated Refunds: VIRO Technologies Inc. does not offer pro-rated refunds for
partially used billing cycles.
3. Data Retention and Privacy
In accordance with U.S. federal law and Wyoming state regulations, we respect your privacy and provide
options regarding your data:
- Post-Cancellation Data Retention: After cancellation, your account data may be retained
for potential reactivation, should you decide to return. However, you can request full deletion of your
data by contacting support, in compliance with applicable privacy regulations such as the California
Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Data Deletion Requests: If you wish for your data to be permanently deleted, you may
send a formal request to our support team at [email protected]. We will ensure data deletion within 30
days, subject to legal requirements for data retention in certain cases.
4. Policy Amendments
VIRO Technologies Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our
services or legal obligations. Any updates to the policy will be posted on our website, and users are
responsible for reviewing the policy regularly.

"Effective Date" listed at the top of this document.
- Continued Use of Services: By continuing to use our services after any amendments, you
acknowledge and agree to the revised policy.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States Federal Laws. Any
disputes arising under this policy will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts unless
otherwise required by applicable U.S. federal law.
